We make every product to order — no mass production, no waste. Your item is printed after you order, then shipped direct from our Printful partner facility.

Processing time

•  2–5 business days to print and pack. Backpacks and all-over-print items can take up to 7 days during drops.

Where we ship from

•  Country of origin: Latvia (EU). We also use Printful facilities in the UK, US and Spain depending on your location to reduce delivery time.

UK Shipping 

•  Standard: £3.99 — 3 to 7 business days after processing

•  Tracked via Royal Mail / DPD / Evri once dispatched

Europe

•  €5.99 — 5 to 10 business days after processing

US & Rest of World

•  $7.99 — 7 to 14 business days after processing

Duties and taxes

•  UK and EU orders: VAT included at checkout. No extra fees.

•  US and international: duties may apply at customs — we don't control these charges.

Tracking

•  You'll get an email with tracking as soon as Printful ships (usually from an @printful.com address). Check spam if you don't see it.

Why it takes a few days

•  This is not Amazon stock. We print your Graphixone design after you buy it so every piece is fresh. That's the trade-off for exclusive drops.
